Absolutely fantastic. Great host. Catherine made us feel like at home. We slept so good! Enjoyed delicious breakfast. It was our quick stop on the way to Bretagne but we felt lucky to have found it. Family of 4 with a baby, one-night stay. The apartment is located in a quiet town which was fully destructed during the "battle of Verdun". Perfect location- less than 10 min drive- (or even walking distance) to Fort Vaux, Fort Douaumont, The Memorial... We stayed on the second floor apartment that has 2 big double-bed bedrooms. Very child friendly place: Sophie (the owner) had left a baby bed with it's linen prepared in one of the rooms. The apartment has a big south facing private garden (ie. sunny and away from the main road) Just by (30 meters away) there is a small park with swings that my older son enjoyed. Really good attention and communication with the owner at all times through WhatsApp.
