It was modern and spotlessly clean and the hosts have thought about every detail to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast was copious with delicious homemade preserves, yoghurts and pastries plus cold meats and cheeses, all washed down with freshly brewed coffee. Be sure to book an evening meal if you can. Chrystel is an amazing chef and Laurent has a fabulous wine cellar and is extremely knowledgeable about the industry.

Breathtakingly beautiful property and surroundings, so much character. Wonderful hosts, going above and beyond. We had the best time visiting in early May and we already look forward to returning. We couldn’t recommend Domaine de Palatz enough.

    Lovely location, private & quiet, but only 10mins drive from Trebes with choice of good restaurants & 20 mins from Carcassone cite. Pool was wonderful & perfect when weather got a bit hot. Fridge available in the shared lounge for Chambre d’ote guests was great. Simple & tasty breakfast with friendly & helpful hosts. Used the on-site laundry facilities also… really handy.

    We had the most amazing time in Villa Saint Léon. It’s a very calm and comfortable stay. The room was very clean and there’s plenty of parking around the area. Breakfast is amazing!! The host Virginie is the most lovely lady who really made us feel at home and helped us make the most out of our trip. I highly recommend having dinner at the house as Virginie prepares a delicious salad and the wine is one of the best ones we tried in the south of France. We cannot wait to come back here so day!
