The house is located in a quiet countryside. The owner family are very friendly, we booked one dinner there, very tasty. And the dining room is very historical and beautiful. They have a lot of plants and flowers in the garden around the house. The price is very reasonable and valuable. We spent a nice time there!

The property is well equipped with everything that you need. It appeared to be a property that was recently renovated and it was clean with great views as it’s on the top floor ( 2nd floor ). Supermarkets are nearby. Parking is not a problem, I managed to park right in the street right infront of the house and could see the car from the window from the 2nd floor. The place is safe and I highly recommend this for a family with kids. My kids enjoyed watching TV that had Netflix too

Gorgeous room, immaculately decorated with the most amazing view down to the Chateau. Huge space, with lots of thought having gone into the design. It’s very easy to find and even if it’s near a big road, it was extremely quiet and we didn’t listen to any noise inside the room. Private and free parking, spacious room, nice swimming pool, great breakfast and very helpful staff. I really recommend.

This place has so much going on! The pool is great! Perfect size just the right temperature. A full size hot tub, a cinema screen and audio system that wouldn’t be out of place in a cinema. Not to mention the games tables and a great outdoor area with double loungers and a BBQ. It’s a short 15 minute drive to Fougères, which is a lovely town with some great restaurants. Dominique & Nicole were very helpful and rightly proud of their place. Between us we managed to overcome the language barrier!

    The food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast. We reserved dinner in advance which was lovely home cooked French cuisine from their own farm produce. The auberge is a beautiful old building with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. We enjoyed drinks in the garden after a long drive. The location is calm and peaceful.
