Helpful host with very good English. Clean, spacious, reasonably well equipped and comfortable. There is a wetroom/bathroom, great for those with mobility issues. Whilst on a busy road at rush hour it is quiet as r h e property is to the rear of the building.

Our flight was delayed past midnight but Emmanuel stayed up and greeted us warmly. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast with hand-made crepes, great coffee and conversation. Thank you for a wonderfully friendly stay.
