Operated like a B&B with a few rooms but a sitting/dining area so most time you see nobody but can enjoy the facilities in peace nevertheless. Owners live next door. Minor issue we encountered was relayed to the son of owner through WhatsApp and the whole family came rushing to solve it for us, taking things to their heart. We enjoyed the calm, the beautiful view from the pool and all the esthetic furnishings chosen. Housekeeping very well done. Also very reasonably priced as it is not in Corte. I would advise staying here but commute to Corte (15 min drive) for sightseeing and more restaurant choices. This is one of our favorites in our one-month road trip in Corsica.

Stunning location in a small village nestled in the Fango valley, a peaceful, beautiful location overlooking the old bridge and river. The room (Alba) was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, the large rain shower was just what I needed after a long hike! The hosts were fantastic and really made me feel welcome and at home, including providing a lift to the bus stop for my onward journey which was really appreciated. Food (dinner provided by arrangement at extra charge, breakfast included in the rate) was top quality, home cooked with local produce much of which was grown in their own garden. The guest house is just 10 metres from the river for a quick swim in the crystal clear water. All in all I couldn't ask for more and would love to visit again!
