It's a recent build, and very clean and modern. Comfortable, friendly, calm, parking is easy and cheap and breakfast is fine. Bedding is new and perfectly clean (I inspected it). All good. Also there are two food places next door: a boulangerie and a salad/pasta bar with lots of options. Both reasonably priced.
