The bed is a pull-out couch as noted, but I liked it - easy to set up and sleep on. Apartment would be comfortable for 2 people. Very ideal location for getting to and from Cannes, Antibes, the Esterel and St.-Tropez by car, and the on-site parking was a big plus.
