Travelling from Nice to Caen this is a very good halfway stay just off the motorway. Budget Hotel but and have stayed here on a few occasions with no complaints. Good breakfast.

The space is really clean, clutter free and so functional, and smartly furbished. Sacha was very helpful and accessible when needed. The location is so close to everything. The bathroom and Kitchen was well equipped. The parking space is very handy. Air-conditioning and natural light - beautiful and very welcomed.

The Lady prepared the rooms perfectly and welcomed us with a warm fire in the chimney. The apartment is ideal for a sightseeing tour in Clermont and/or walking in the volcanic region. There was no noise outside from traffic or the airport. The WiFi Access was working well.
