When the windows are closed, the apartment is silent. The area is also nice, quiet and safe. It's a bit far from the city centre, but well connected by bus and train. A Bolt taxi costs about €13 to reach the main points of interest.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, fully furnished apartment in a good location, the staff was nice, friendly, helpful and always with a smile, the breakfast was quite sufficient. Beautiful balcony to drink evening coffee, swimming pool. We found nothing to complain about. We spent 4 wonderful days in a wonderful city and we thank Domitys Le 225 for the great service and once again we compliment to staff.

    I used to live nearby and can say with certainty that this is a safe, clean neighborhood with good dining options. The hotel is very close to the metro and was within short walking distance to an event we attended. Everything was very clean, the bed comfortable, with decent-sized windows to open and let air in. The staff was friendly and checking in/out very smooth. Excellent value for the money: three beds (two adults, one kid) and a bathroom for just over 100 euros is cheaper than a hostel.

    The property was ideal for our family of 5 in such a beautiful location. Although not in the centre of Paris, the metro was just a few minutes walk. Monoprix was just a floor away with plenty of restaurants to choose in the area.

    While not spacious, the two rooms we had included all you need and were spotlessly clean. There were extra towels and tea towels and it was easy to let the outdoors inside with big windows onto a balcony in one room and a patio area in the second. The elevator is small but very quiet and charming - it resembles a gilt bird cage. The location is in a suburban area with excellent supermarkets, bakeries and produce stores all around and the selection of restaurants and other services was extensive.
