The beds were clean and comfortable, every thing in the studio was in working condition the staff were helpful and the tram just outside the front door allowed us to tour Bordeaux for 5Euro a day and leave the car in the hotel garage.

I liked the hospitality and communication. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. There’s aircon and doors which open to a balcony which would be great in the summer. The hosts access instructions were excellent. The breakfast is superb!

    Lovely family friendly hotel. We have used this hotel a few times on our travels to Spain and Portugal. Staff are lovely and friendly. Very clean rooms. Secure parking and excellent location.

    Staff were all very polite, friendly, willing to assist, and professional. Cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was varied and plentiful even at the end of service. Room was light, airy, very spacious, very clean, well furnished and comfortable. There was a kettle with mugs, an iron and board and a good hairdryer. There is a small safe. We used the snack menu for two pizzas at 1.30am as we’d not eaten due to a concert, very efficient service. Parking is ample and secure. Location is quiet on the whole. We would return here.

    Convenient location, just off motorway. Very pleasant, helpful welcome. The room was very clean, of a good size with large comfortable bed, excellent shower and good WiFi. This is the second time we have stayed here and would use again.

    The staff in this hotel are fabulous, from Marion the manager to the reception staff and housekeeping. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I spent a week there on a business trip and was delighted with the service. The food served in glass jars! But it's actually quite good! My only complaint is the location, it's in a very quiet area with little local facilities.
