We were welcomed warmly even though we arrived in the night and much later than expected. In the morning breakfast was prepared for us and the apartment was cute and the beds were super comfy, just what you need after a drive that was extended by a long stint in congestion. Beautiful location too, would have loved to stay longer if time allowed. Two beautiful fluffy dogs who are friendly and soft natured. There was a hairdryer too, couldn't ask for more! Would definitely stay again.

It was certainly one of the best appartments we have ever had. First the rooms are amazing. They are furnished with a lot of detail and love and you can really see, that they are thought through. Everything at the breakfast was selfmade from the jam, the yoghurt to the bread. Also we had a view directly at the castle. And you can park your car for free on many different spots in the town. The town itself is really cute. You can eat at one of the restaurants, see the castle, stroll through the town,... But what made our stay so special was Virginie with her hospitality and warm heart. She always welcomed us with a smile, joked around and made sure we feel comfortable. Merci!

Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable — it feels almost brand new! We spent a cosy night listening to the rain, and it was such a lovely experience. As a family of four with two teenagers, we found the space well thought out and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and available — she made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

Our apartment was a really lovely space in a renovated barn (?), lots of good design details and a happy place to be if you like the French/Country feel. We do and had the top suite which felt very private. Chateaunef en Auxous is beautifully quiet with Beaune and surrounding area areas easily accessible if you have a car. Special thanks to Cindy - super helpful, no nonsense; all requests & suggestions followed up with blistering efficiency; most reassuring, thank you :o)

    Lovely people, nice greeting, including by their two large beautiful dogs. Great location in a typical quiet and quaint old French hamlet. The room was fine, as was the bathroom, plus secure off-road parking .Breakfast offered but we didn't.
