    Great location for what we needed, lovely hotel, we tried with our very limited French, so friendly and helpful. The evening meal and wine selection was superb, I would recommend staying and dining here. Beautiful gardens and river. Loved our stay!

    Beautiful location, really good value for money. The staff were impeccable and accommodating. The food was absolutely fantastic, so good we had to eat there again the next day to try the other set menus.

    I've used this hotel a few times now when travelling, its a good location, and very convenient for my needs travel back to a port for the UK, food is good and a few other restaurant's nearby, river view is the best.

    Wow! What a beautiful place No12 is! From the very carefully thought out interior to the warmth of the hosts this B&B was fantastic. Extremely comfortable and calming, in a perfect location, nothing was too much trouble for Shane and Colin. We highly recommend No12 and will certainly be back ourselves!

    I had a wonderful stay at Colin & Shane's place. Shane, who prepared my stay, was very pleasant, accommodating and hospitable. I had a great time at the breakfast, which was also excellent. The location is incredible, and the rooms are tastefully appointed. I simply loved my stay and highly recommend it.

    Charming, friendly hosts. Beautifully restored and furnished house. Lovely location by the river. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast - toast, croissants, cheese, cold meats, preserves, orange juice, yoghurts, good coffee.
