Ingo has been running this Chambre d'hote for nearly 30 years, so he has it down to a fine art: the rooms are meticulously clean, albeit a little quirky, and the meals were fantastic with lots of local ingredients and clever flavour combinations. Of course, having done this for so long, he can also be a little idiosyncratic and set in his ways. But take this in the spirit that it is meant: he cares and he wants his services to be different from others.

A lovely place to stay, a warm welcome. I totally recommend eating here, for two nights we had a lovely three course meals with wine and the company of walkers on the Cather Trail with whom it was interesting to share stories. We were advised on a superb walk, which will be a day we remember for a long time. Beautiful surroundings. A simple humble. Chambre d’hote, with everything you needed for a restful place to stay. The walk from Puivert along the ridge to the labyrinth was stunning.

I had booked a tent but because of double booking I was upgraded to a chalet, which was good! The chalet was very smart and new.The campsite is a nice size (not too big) and there is a restaurant / bar a few minutes walk away. The reception guy was very helpful.
