Everything!!! Our hosts were amazing and included little touches to make it more welcoming which the Kids loved! From face masks to sweets to a first free meal waiting for us, they thought of everything! They had cute little folders with all the information and instructions you would need. The location was great with very close proximity to the train station, cute French cafes and even an Aldi to top up any necessities. The check in process was extremely smooth! Gwen and Cyril were extremely responsive and very very helpful! They even let us check out a little later when our flight got delayed.

I don't write reviews anymore for places or hosts that are just OK. So, this review is for a really lovely place to stay. In fact, it feels like staying in the home of good friends who have only gone away for the weekend. I heartily recommend Julien and Zoila and their property. And I have never met them! That is what is special about this apartment. It has everything - even a pair of scissors, games for adults and kids, extra crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, a dishwasher, extra towels, extra linen, nand much more. And a terrific information booklet. Everything you could possibly need is an easy stroll, even for oldies with grandchildren in tow .like us. Restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy - i mean EVERYTHING! An Uber to disneyland costs 12 Euros, and the train is closer (one stop only) and even cheaper. After the madness of Disneyland, you will be very happy to come home to this peace and quiet. Thanks again from us all. See you next time. Xx

Stayed here for our trip to Disneyland Paris and Paris city. It's location was perfect. In very close proximity to a main train station Val d'Europe making travel to Disneyland and Paris very easy. There is large shopping centre not far away which has everything you need. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs 2 adults and 2 kids, clean and tidy. The hosts were brilliant and very quick to respond to any messages.

The property is located in a gated community with free allocated parking. There are a few shops and a pharmacy across the street from the property. There is also a big park about 5 minutes walking distance from the property which is ideal for strolls, runs or a picnic. Disneyland Paris is a short drive (~13 minutes) from the property. The host, Nicolas, was very nice and accommodating to our needs. The instructions/video on how to gain access to the property was very straight forward. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with essential appliances. The property is ideal for a couple or a small family.

I highly recommend staying here for two nights. On the first day, arrive early so the kids can play in the lovely garden and wind down for an early bedtime. On the second day, enjoy Disneyland to the fullest—stay until the final light show, then head straight back for a restful night. The hostess here is truly one of the top three kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. She gave us just the right balance of privacy and care, and even went out of her way to buy a replacement when I lost something important. When we accidentally left something behind at checkout, she did everything she could to help us recover it. This is one of those rare places that stays in your heart forever. I’ll never forget it, and I highly, wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

    Really helpful staff, great with kids and dealt with our queries without hesitation. Location is perfect to do Disneyland a 'little bit cheaper' as it backs onto the train station which is only 1 stop to Disney. Supermarket nearby open until 11pm and a couple of restaurants which is ideal.

    Communication with owner was great from booking through to end of stay. We got a text a few hours before check in with all the gate and door codes so we were able to check straight in when we were ready with no issues. The property was spotless and exactly as described. Comfy beds, great facilities. Ideal location, 10 mins drive from Disneyland. We parked up at property in car park outside front of property and got taxis to Disneyland which cost about 14 Euro each way. Cheaper than parking at Disney and quick and easy.

    Lovely clean hotel with fantastic staff and ideal location for Euro Disney. Close to shops and Railway station so makes life easy if travelling with a family and getting around one stop away from Euro Disney & easy access to get into Paris. Room very clean although bathroom very cosy and small but does the job.
