We liked so many things about this place. First, our hostess gave us a warm welcome (and even woke up early to make breakfast for us). Her cats were very friendly too. Staying here gave us a chance to disconnect from the internet, and from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our hostess was also kind enough to suggest some good, affordable restaurants to dine in. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We spent a wonderful evening at l'hippocampe. Corrine and Didier were wonderful hosts and they have a beautiful and tranquil home. We arrived wet after hiking in the rain. They brought our hiking clothes to the basement to dry and offered us fresh coffee and cake! Dinner was delicious and we had an enjoyable chat afterwards.

Clean, comfortable, very welcoming. Amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful and gave loads of information about local attractions. Beautiful pool made available for our personal use on a daily basis. Delicious breakfasts.
