The surroundings were exceptional, especially for those who don’t mind foregoing the allure of the beach in favour of the unbeaten quiet marvel, beauty and authenticity of inland Corsica. The location was perfect - in a very quaint village and just on the main road. The ground level of the hotel has a fabulous shop that had really nice sausages, jams, honey and things like knives. The staff were very friendly and helpful - likely because one of us spoke very good French. The restaurant was great - we had dinner and breakfast there.
