Michel the host was incredibly helpful and communication was easy and rapid. The studio was immaculate, like new. The kitchen had everything one would need and even condiments, oil, washing up liquid and a brand new sponge. Literally everything anyone could need in the whole studio had been thought of and provided. My wife and I were extremely impressed. The views from the 4th floor over the canal were beautiful and shops and eateries were just a few steps away. Perfectly located for concerts at Zenith La Villette - just a flat 8 min walk along the canalside. The secure underground car parking was very much appreciated. We have already recommended it to a number of our friends and neighbours.

Michel is a lovely guy who was very welcoming and communications up to my stay were superb. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Beautiful location close to the canal and easy connection to Paris by metro.

The appartement is cosy with lovely furniture and details and a good filled refrigerator. At the terrasse are nice olive trees and flowers. A nice atmosphere to sit and relax. The owner was flexible with the check in time.

Everything. Clean modern and such good taste. The weather was good, so we made use of the pretty terrace with bistro table and comfortable furniture. The host left many treats for us and on the second evening a lovely bottle of Portuguese wine! The main purpose for the visit was a concert at Le Zenith a pleasant walk away along the canal. Paolo was the perfect host! Thank you.

This place is absolutely beautiful. I had a wonderful stay it is new clean and modern. The owners go to great effort of making sure the place is a home from home. I have never seen a place as well stocked with essentials in case you need them. Highly recommended. Thanks Paulo and Cathy!

    The location was excellent. We were able to play in the neighbourhood and the metro station to Paris city centre is just a short walk away, making it an ideal location for sightseeing. There were minimal kitchen facilities and we were able to cook for ourselves. It's the perfect place to stay for a carefree trip to Paris. I would use it again next time.
