Lovely additions of quirky items makes this a unique property. The room was a good size, very clean and the bed was super comfy. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was perfect. I only stayed 1 night in March so couldn’t appreciate how lovely the grounds and facilities would be in the summer. Great place for a relaxed escape. Lovely breakfast every morning. Great location, we went to Cognac, Bergerac for some electric scooters through the vineyards, pool days and lake days. This made it very easy to find. Although it's behind a large shopping mall the chateau felt very rural with woodland walks, which was ideal for our dog. Breakfast was excellent.
