Great location on the edge of town. Only 35min walk, or a short bus ride, with a bus stop opposite the property, to the centre of Vannes. A lift takes you to the 6th floor apartment, giving great views from a spacious balcony. Beautiful shower, great fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable double bed. All very clean and tidy. Underground secure car park is a bonus.

The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped for a holiday property. There's a kettle but not a coffee percolator. Instead there is a machine for coffee pods. So if you prefer to use ground coffee, you will need to bring a cafetiere. Lots of sockets around and the WiFi is great. There is a parking space outside the building which was handy. It's about a 25-minute walk to Vannes centre and it's also up and down hill. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away by car. The property is in a residential area, so no noise disturbance from bars or restaurants. However, during rush hours, there's a bit of traffic on the road , but it quiets down by about 9 am. The host is very helpful and welcoming but only speaks French, which wasn't a problem for us. There was some confusion and misunderstanding about keys, though it was sorted out very quickly and without fuss. We'd be happy to stay there again.
