The hosts and property are truly delightful. The restoration of the house has been beautifully done, and I appreciated the thoughtful Christmas decorations and the selection of toiletries that added a nice personal touch. If you can - and want to - afford it, this is simply an amazing, lovely place. A beautiful chateau in a well-maintained park. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff throughout. Just that great feeling of sheer luxury. Further amplified by our excellent dinner at their Michelin star restaurant La Chapelle - again a super friendly and impeccable staff and a creative cuisine.
