Everything!!!! Such an awesome location and property. Was so clean and well set out. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful. The kitchen and open lounge room was excellent. Host was kind and helpful. We Loved it!

An outstanding BandB. Very clean. Great location close to the beach and the town restraunts and harbour. The hosts are exceptional and highly professional. Breakfast was first-class with much choice. We were so pleased with our 2 might stay that we extended for an additional night. Enjoyed a drink from a well-stocked complimentary bar in the lovely grounds. We will be returning to Scotland and will drive off route to stay here. A credit to themselves and Booking.com. Thank you Anita and Urs.

The house is beautiful, the decor (Christmas decorations included) is stunning, the gardens and location are picturesque and the staff (Aiden) are so friendly and cheerful. The family room was comfortable and spacious, clean and cosy. The breakfast was delicious and included in the price. Food at imeries was tasty and reasonably priced as were the drinks. We hope to return in a different season to explore the beach and surrounding area in warmer weather.

It was lovely to have space and use of kitchen - we had been on the go and were looking for somewhere to relax and recharge. This property meet all our needs. Stuart was friendly and his dog Ole was fun to be with. There were plenty of food choices in the village and nice walks. Stuart helped us out with some washing which we were very grateful for.

    Beautiful setting close to the beach. Check in and out was easy and staff very friendly. The room itself was lovely, very clean with good facilities and a very comfortable bed. Gardens are lovely and well kept. Ideal for a relaxed break away, will stay for longer next time. Dog friendly with onsite pub/restaurant and beer garden. Short walk or drive along the road to Lunan Bay which was the reason for my trip - stunning location!
