Absolutely a gem of a place. Very well laid out, great welcome, and friendly staff. Delicious food, great bar and lovely views. Cannot fault it. Can't wait to return. Off the main Oban road but well worth the detour.

The whole package at the Corrie house was exceptional, the surroundings and the view a re some fo the best you will see, The facilities and the rooms are excellent. Roger and Sally are wonderful hosts and the food was delicious . Sitting on the desk looking at the view with a beer will be one of the main highlights of our trip.

Darren and Karen are a very friendly couple. The breakfast was good, you have the order the day before to avoid any waste. The room was good, the bed was excellent. The shower was good, and the view during breakfast was great. A view over the lake, birds, a squirrel, mice. Just great.

The location was wonderful, with incredible historic sites in walking distance of the cottage. The cottage was beautifully presented and lovely and clean. It was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit in the area.

Everything had been considered for us. The bed was comfy, the linen was clean, the shower and bathroom were clean. We had tea and milk and wonderful shortbread provided. The room was warm and the breakfast was MADE TO ORDER which always surpass a larger hotels buffet. Dinner too was excellent and the general atmosphere here was one of family and homeyness.

It was highlight of our vacation in Scotland. The manager Pauline was one of the nicest people I have ever met during our travels. House was lovely, room was beautiful and clean. Pauline also prepared absolutely delicious breakfast. I would highly reccomend this place.

Nice place. "Aunty Ele" was the friendly welcome we needed after a jam-packed day of driving and sight-seeing. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice comfy bed and good breakfast for a good price.

    The Galley of Lorne Inn, situated at the western end of the sleepy village of Ardfern, provided an excellent touring base to explore the Kilmartin Glen and Oban Areas. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the location ideal and the Dinner and Breakfast tailored to taste, coupled with excellent Wi-Fi and adequate off-road parking the Inn is highly recommend !

    Hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Scotland blessed with stunning views and surrounded by stunning nature and wildlife. Room and hotel in general were very clean, tidy and comfortable with the added bonus of very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. We will most definitely stay here again hopefully in the not to distant future.

    Made to feel very welcome from minute we arrived. Very comfy warm room .very clean .Bathroom had bath and an excellent hot shower. The food is excellent and a good choice of drinks .Set in a great location with a nice walk along the coast .All staff are very friendly and polite and a very big thanks to Mike who goes out of his way to help in anyway he can .

    Great place to stay, an ideal base for exploring the local area. The rooms were warm, good view, really big bathroom & spotlessly clean. All the staff were really friendly, as were the locals in the bar on the Friday, it was really busy but a great atmosphere. Lots of choice for drinks and the food was really really good. Dog friendly as well. Definitely recommend a stay here!

    The location is stunning, the views are beautiful from the rooms and our bedroom. We had a dinner breakfast and room deal. It was by far the best value fir money hotel experience of my life. And to top it, the staff are simply wonderful
