    Superb location and comfortable room, owner / host was an extremely pleasant lady. Breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again. Car parking was excellent and Hayfield / Kinder Scout less than a mile away. Best in the area that I have stayed at. Owner upgraded my single room booked to a double.

    Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending, big room and bathroom. Very clean with everything we needed including fresh milk! Excellent breakfast with lovely helpful host and staff, very comfortable Would recommend and would definitely stay there again

    The friendly welcome from the owner making us feel at home and relaxed. The breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and lots of it! The location was ideal, very quiet and within walking distance of both New Mills and Hayfield via the Sett Valley Trail which the owner Carol showed us how to join it. The bed was very comfortable, lovely hot showers following Carol's instructions. We'd be happy to book again, hopefully for a longer stay next time!

    Our host was excellent a great sense of humour ,the view from the room was excellent nice comfy bed and a great breakfast, ideal location for where we wanted to visit , the local pub had nice food at a reasonable cost would recommend.
