Great hotel, with nice atmosphere. Staff were very friendly, polite & welcoming. Rooms are huge, clean, comfortable We had everything we needed. The bathroom was very well cleaned as well. The bed was super comfortable Breakfast was very good (cereals, pastries, fruits etc) Good location for what we wanted. Total value for money We enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again

I've been there before, I'll be there again - no question. Linlithgow is my maternal family's home town and I simply couldn't imagine staying anywhere else now if I'm over! The flat was wonderful. It had everything we needed and a truly great location. There was tea, coffee, milk and every gadget we might require supplied. Beautiful white fluffy towels. The host had put the heating on for us so we arrived to lovely warm accommodation. Dog friendly with a small dog bed and food/water bowls. Great communication with the hosts. It really was top class!

we were 3 bicycle riders, came with our bikes in boxes. Piotr kept the boxes for us until we returned. Thank you for that. This is not trivial. The apartment was sparkling clean with fresh smell everywhere. Large rooms and comfortable beds. The neighborhood very quiet and 15 minutes walk to the town center. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice back yard to enjoy if warm. Piotr also arranged a sleeping space in the living room. I have visited Linlithgow more than 10 times in the past, this has been our best accommodation. We will certainly come back again!

Breakfast excellent, great choices and included in the price. Fab Ideal locations for our flight from Edinburgh. You will need a car but only 25 minutes drive

    Property was very clean and the interiors are modern as well. Food was divine and location was also great. We had a rental car so it was good for us as it was only 20mins away from Edinburgh. Highly recommend!
