We especially liked the amazing views of the bay in front of this cozy guest house, which is very close to the heart of Portree. Breakfast was superb, served in a traditionally decorated dining room. This is a fabulous place to stay whether you are interested in whiskey or not. If you are planning a trip to Skye come across the water to Raasay. The room we had was absolutely fabulous with a beautiful view. I am interested in and drink whiskey and it was great to have the opportunity to stay in a distillery. I loved the chance to explore Raasay and the walled garden of the nearby Raasay House is amazing. If you are thinking of going - don't hesitate.

The Cabin was in a great location to explore the Isle of Skye especially the northern part of the island. It is well equipped for all your self catering needs. The bathroom is clean and the shower is excellent and the bedroom is comfortable and has plenty of storage space. The living space is also very spacious and the view out of the sliding doors is fabulous. There is also outdoor seating for a sunny evening!

Best stay of our trip. Location a bit hard to access but it's worth it- for all the stars! Very quiet, cozy cabin. Sheep right next to you. Absolutely phenomenal views. 👏 facilities incredible- amazing shower, cozy bathrobes, slippers. Some beautiful touches by host I'll keep secret to surprise. Must stay in Skye.

    Exceeded our expectations. Peggy, Donald, and Sammy the dog were fantastic hosts. Its not every day the local Golden Eagles visit you almost on a daily basis. A superb location for exploring the whole of Skye. It is exactly as described if not even better. Could not have had a better place to stay on Skye.

    Perfect location, fabulous views, charming and helpful hosts, comfortable, clean and well-appointed accommodation. We wanted for nothing during our two week stay in October. We can highly recommend the property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again should we return to Skye.

    It was just a dream to stay there. Perfect location, wonderful place and the little house was only amazing. Everything inside and outside absolutely perfect. The garden, the view ... The house absolutely clean and modern style. A place to stay forever.

    Peggy was a fantastic host ! The property has lovely views and was very well maintained. It was tastefully and comfortably furnished, everything you need for self catering. There were lots of additional touches like fruit and other household items being ready for us to use. The property was also very clean, warm and dry, with amazing views over The Causeway.

    Very high quality accommodation. 1 bedroom with large picture window looking down the stunning causeway. The lounge / kitchen also has full height windows with the same stunning view. Ideal for setting up a telescope for birding. The lounge has Sony tv, leather recliner seats, table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a deck immediately outside with picnic bench. Glorious views . Idyllic location. The hosts Peggy and Donald are perfect hosts and live nearby. Book this quickly!! What a find. Excellent restaurants nearby.
