I loved the theme and all the little added extras and learned a lot more about James Bond with all the posters around the property. Loved the location as it was close to everything that I needed like the co op, the seafront etc.

Wonderful location, free parking, homely and friendly feel in a beautiful, high ceilinged guest house. Very clean and tidy bedrooms. Comfortable beds and a good choice of tea/Horlicks etc in the room. Nice size bathroom and a hot shower with fluffy towels.

Ashby's is a unique property. It was formerly a boutique hotel but has had bathrooms and the in room kitchenette upgraded. On the property are saunas, a hot tub, video games, pool table, foosball, ping pong and a full kitchen for use by guests. The owners were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend a visit. Of the 5 places we stayed in the UK, this one was the best overall value considering room size and amenities.

    Very neat, very clean, new bathroom, toiletries provided as was tea & coffee, ample parking & a quiet neighbourhood. A steam iron & ironing board were available without charge. There was the feee use of a TV A lounge was available to relax Ample parking
