The whole experience was exceptional and so well presented. We spent a couple of nights here for our wedding anniversary and Andrea had gone to the trouble of some decoration, a card and some bubbly for us which was such a lovely gesture. There is an awesome little book with instructions for your stay as well as lists for local walks, shops and places of interest etc. The hot tub was lovely and clean and dipped daily which we thoroughly enjoyed and we loved the fire pit too of an evening sat amongst the garden lights! The hut itself was stunning, laid out so well with everything you could possibly need and decorated beautifully I loved all the quirky and cute decorations! Lovely quiet location it felt like you were in your own little world there we thoroughly enjoyed the escape and cannot recommend it enough!

Everything you needed and more in the apartment. Very comfortable, clean and modern. The little extras like coffee and milk supplied were a bonus and we were very happy with the welcome picnic. Notes and instructions for all the appliances was a nice touch. Appreciated the local sightseeing booklets/information

The home was exactly as demonstrated in the pictures. Extremely homely, tidy, always warm indoors, and provides lots of space for guests. Keys were easy to pick up, and on arrival we were greeted with a lovely surprise of Cornish tea supplies and flowers. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything that you might need for your stay. Other extras included board games/cards to play, and the wood burner which was extremely atmospheric during the evenings. Beds were comfortable to sleep in, and towels were provided for the stay. There are neighbours on both sides of the property, but the location is very quiet.

Thank you once again for welcoming us to your wonderful hotel. The staff are so kind and welcoming. Thank you so much to Carley for being so friendly and a wonderful person to talk to. All the receptionist stuff is so polite and very helpful. We stayed in room number 4 this time, and it was indeed spacious and very comfortable. I must say it was such a delight to meet Jenny once again she has a heart of gold and a wonderful person to meet every morning for breakfast. We had a lovely catch-up, and I just feel that she is family to me. As always, Jenny is kind and caring. The hotel was decorated to celebrate the Halloween festive season, and thank you for all the lollipops, haha!! Also, thank you for letting family members of mine come and see me and to use your car park that was much appreciated. Looking forward to coming back into December thank you so much.

    The location was ideal for us. The property was extremely nice and very clean. The complimentary continental breakfast was lovely and more than sufficient. The room was a good size with plenty of storage but not ensuite. However, the personal bathroom facility just down the landing was excellent. The host, Michelle, was great, very friendly, and helpful.

    Excellent location with safe parking. The hotel was very clean. Our room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Nice to have chairs to sit in to drink our morning coffee. Bathroom was also a generous size. The staff were wonderful. Always made you feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. We stayed for two nights and ate in the restaurant. Lots of choice on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed. A lovely place to stay, would highly recommend as it exceeded our expectations.

    The location was good for a night out with friends. The apartment was very clean and secure, using codes to gain access to the property is a really nice touch. Nice big smart TV in the bedroom on a swivel wall mount. Netflix / Prime / YouTube all logged in ready to go. The welcome book is full of all the information you need and some snacks were provided as well.

    We had an excellent stay at Sandy feet, Terri and Mike are great hosts, they were very Welcoming, it is a perfect location with just a short drive to the beach. Sandy feet is very clean and has everything you need. We will highly recommend to stay here.
