The reception staff were very helpful and took their time to explain everything. They were very professional when dealing with my complaint over the housekeeping. Rooms are spotless, staff always friendly and can’t complain about the breakfast which is just right. The only thing I would say is request a room away from the bar that is right next door, as they play their music loud and you can hear it from some rooms.
