A beautifully finished perfectly furnished property in a beautiful location. Immaculate and very well stocked. Has everything you need and more. Relaxing, clean and very comfortable. Everything - location was great as a stepping stone to journey to the Highlands. Bar area was spacious, staff helpful and breakfast was good. We were delighted that on arrival we were upgraded to a suite. The room was great and had a jacuzzi bath.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable with a good-sized private bathroom. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and you can also use the guests' lounge where you will find a kitchen and a washing machine . Rooms are on the ground floor with a private entrance. Even though the property is right at the exit of the motorway, you won't hear anything. It's really quiet! Parking on site in front of the room entrance. Breakfast is cooked to your preference, and the hosts are extremely welcoming and pleasant! The guesthouse is situated literally at the exit of the motorway. Make sure to drive slowly not to miss the turn! We only spent 1 night here as we were flying out on the next day. The location was really convenient for us, only 30 minutes from the airport. Really good deal in the area! Highly recommended!

    We stayed in Copper Beach Cottage, it was in the perfect location to unwind and relax. Our host Joanne was very welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the bed was really comfortable and we braved the bath outside, which was lovely and warm on a cold February night with the added bonus of listening to an owls call. Everything you could need is supplied for the benefit of enjoying your stay. It was worth a visit and we hope to stay again.

    Beautiful cabin in excellent location. Felt like we were miles from anywhere but it’s actually really close to Edinburgh and Glasgow. So much wild life which was amazing to listen to and watch. Cabin was so cozy Hiki hot tub was phenomenal, the heat was amazing and so relaxing
