Very small hotel but it was so good! At the beginning when we entered we were feeling like ouhh no this is not good place but we couldn't find any negative in it except they don't have lift . Breakfast was delicious, they had some croissant fuits fresh juices plus hot breakfast menu ! So good ! They even gave goodies to my kids made them super happy 😄

The house was very clean, it was constantly cleaned, its proximity to the hospital is perfect for those who will work in the hospital, it is very comfortable. Alex was a very kind and attentive host. His recommendations (places to see, where to eat, and books to read) added so much to our visit of Winchester, Chawton and Salisbury. His house is lovely and both conveniently located and very quiet. We had the best sleep. The breakfast was delicious (with a magic teapot which pours perfectly and keeps tea warm forever) and the perfect start to each day of our trip.

    Nice big room with plenty of extra seating. Lots of biscuits and little things provided. Hosts lovely, and pet dog very friendly. Very good location for cruise terminal and a lot cheaper than the ones in the town centre.

    Location was great for our needs. Good communication from host re access to key, WiFi, parking etc. Lovely & clean, ideal for lone traveller or a couple. Has a microwave, washing machine, cooker & Fridge/freezer. Host even delivered us a fresh pint of milk - such a kind thought.

    All the facilities were excellent, tea and coffee making with fridge were available, but no breakfast. The room was very tastefully decorated and furnished and practically brand new. It was an ideal location for me to stay, quite close to the Nuffield Health hospital at Chandlers Ford where my wife was staying in overnight, 29 minutes walk, but no time in a car. My host was very friendly and helpful.
