Spacious apartment, full kitchen facilities, washer/dryer etc. we were only 3 but the apartment would comfortably sleep 6. Stylishly furnished, very cosy. The pub downstairs has an open fire, serves excellent pizza and a bewildering selection of beers and ciders. Hosts are very welcoming. We would definitely return.

Very comfortable, clean, and well located flat in Caversham. Convenient to the work I needed to do in the BBC Written Archive Center - and to the shops etc on the high street. Host was very attentive. She allowed me an early check in (much appreciated) and when I missed the instructions on how to enter (my fault) she responded immediately.

The property is renovated to high standard and feels very spacious and comfortable,even though we filled it to full capacity. It has everything a person needs for short holiday, as well as choice of three shops within walking dinstance. We were given caretaker's phone number in case of any difficulties, which was very reassuring. Can not reccommend this property high enough, as it offered more than we expected.

    We loved our stay! The property was very spacious, clean and comfortable for a family of 3. It was great having access to the pool everyday. The location was a fantastic base for day trips to Henley and Oxford. Fiona was a lovely host and we hope to come back very soon!

    The location was nice and quiet, yet close enough to reach amenities within a short drive. The swimming pool was for private use and the quality of furniture and decor was excellent. There was a welcome basket left for us on arrival in addition to a booklet outlining important information regarding the accomodation as well as recommendations within the area.The owners and staff were both welcoming and yet allowed us space to move around the vicinity freely.

    Converted barn in an old farmyard. Owners house, two holiday lets and a 20m indoor swimming pool comprise the four sides of the farmyard. Welcoming hosts. Very comfortable beds. Quiet location in the depths of the Chilterns AONB. Lots of good local restaurants.

    Loved the location. The barn had everything we needed and was equipped with high end, luxury items and furnishings. The pool was an added bonus. Felt very secure with electric gates. Great welcome. Great place for walks with dogs or otherwise. Henley and Reading close by.
