It’s such a comfortable and beautiful apartment to stay in. We had everything we needed — from essentials to nice little touches. The design of the studio is absolutely outstanding, stylish and well thought out. Everything was super clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Highly recommended.

We arrived on what had been a warm day but much later than we’d planned which was unfortunate as we would have loved to sit in the garden and enjoy the sun. Nevertheless, Cindy was a wonderful hostess and made us feel very welcome. The room was welcoming and absolutely spotless. This particular room doesn’t have a standing shower but does have a lovely bath and shower head, this is clearly advertised and was one of the reasons we chose the room as we’d wanted a relaxing bath, which is exactly what we got in this peaceful setting. We had a little trip into the close by village of Ashwell and had dinner at the three tuns, it had a great beer garden but Cindy informed us of another great pub called the rose and crown which we’ll be sure to get to next time. When it came to breakfast it really couldn’t get any better, there was a great range of options and we decided to go with a cooked breakfast. We were incredibly wowed by it! The sausages and bacon were absolutely delicious (I’m assuming they’re locally sourced because they did seem very high quality and full of flavour), there was a generous accompaniment of hash browns, mushrooms, beans, our choice of egg/s (also very tasty and fresh), and a good selection of different breads and jams. The presentation was perfect and it is honestly the best B&B breakfast I’ve had the pleasure of eating. We would highly recommend this B&B if you’re looking for a peaceful setting with a welcoming atmosphere and a delicious breakfast.

    Well finished and nicely decorated, great shower,wet room. And well equipped kitchen, owners had left a lot of essentials and lovely breakfast items.in the apartment which was very welcoming. Really nice place to stay for a few nights. Quiet countryside location.

    Lovely cosy place on a chilly day. Peaceful location near a small village close to Duxford where we were attending the 80th D-Day Commemoration airshow. Good supplies left for morning breakfast. Fantastic shower.

    It was a convenient location for access to the Milling barn venue. Nice touch with the breakfast materials of bread croissants cereal and milk and selection of drinks. We were met on arrival by the host who was very welcoming The annex was very comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed including iron!
