The room was fairly basic, but spotless and very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The cooked breakfast was excellent, though let down by rather horrid coffee from a machine. (By way of compensation, there was a Nespresso machine in our room.) The host was easy to contact and very pleasant. I texted him to say we had arrived outside the propery and he came to let us in within a minute or two.
