Charming hosts of an elegant house beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed - it has the wow factor. It's situated in Clyro, a quiet, quaint village roughly 20 minutes walk away from Hay-on-Wye. Breakfast was a delight, and they served a tasty vegetarian, gluten-free breakfast for my daughter.

The accommodation is wonderful, great facilities, the pub next door, charming little separate kitchen facilities if you need them, and the lovely garden even came with ducklings and chickens which my little boy couldn't get enough of. But the real highlight was the host. Magdalena is amazing, super friendly and nothing was too much. She cooked a great full English every day and even gave me a quick lift when in need. Would give more than 5 stars if I could 🤩

The location was perfect , set right in the heart of beautiful Herefordshire. The host was fantastic and had thought of everything in this lovely Yurt, separate kitchen set right next to the yurt was fantastic and had every, seating on a veranda, and shower (which was great) in a enclosed area opposite was just perfect. It was a very special place and next door to a fabulous pub (great Sunday lunch)! There was not anything we didn’t like.

Only stayed for one night but was everything we needed. Room was very clean and a good size, bed was comfy, nice and quiet. breakfast was excellent and a very lovely couple who run it who were very helpful. would highly recommend and would stay again :)

We loved the cosy cottage complete with log burner and hot tub as well as the peaceful location that was so convenient for getting into the town. Wendy and Stephen were such brilliant hosts and made us feel very welcome and I would definitely recommend this cottage to others looking for a relaxing weekend away.
