The reception staff at night. There was a lady who checked me in. Very helpful and friendly. Also a gentleman at the reception who got us drinking water to the room. Forgot both their names. Clear instructions upon checkin. Parking payment seamless. Room was fantastic, had everything we needed. Very comfortable.

The stay at the hotel was above our expectations, starting with the receptionist who greeted us at night after a long flight. The welcome was so warm, pleasant and helpful that it just made us feel immediately that we had arrived at the right place. Next, the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. Finally, we would like to mention the excellent breakfast - highly recommended.

On arrival, we were met by Jennifer at Reception. Jennifer did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The rooms that we were allocated were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bathroom too, with the classy shampoo and body wash By the way, the Burgers that we had at the restaurant were the best Burgers that we've had in years!!!!!

    Staff were pleasant and friendly . Check in was very easy . Ordered a taxi for the next morning for me and came and knocked on my room door when it arrived early. Bed in room was really comfy with very clean good quality linen . Large TV in room. New bathroom with a great shower. However it was a cheap price so if you want somewhere inexpensive to stay near Gatwick , its not bad for an overnight stay
