    Village setting, close to Southport. Off street parking, small garden with patio set. Shampoo, hand wash, provided, good quality products not cheap . Tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided, most unexpected. Spotlessly clean and welcoming atmosphere.

    Very lovely house in a small Lancashire village. Everything we wanted was included, and the location was excellent for our needs. There was a lovely backyard, which unfortunately we did not use much because it was too cold. The owner was accommodating and helpful.

    clear instructions on check in. Clean and cosy home. tea and coffee and cooking oil. decent shower and lovely bath. (very modern and clean bathroom) Good tv lounge and central heating. This feels like staying with family. Ideal for a get away. I stayed with dad and aunt for the weekend.

    great location -we had a workshop near by. Lovely house, very clean and cosy, All necessities provided (soap, tea coffee,iron, hairdryer. well equipped kitchen, plus things like foil/clingfilm. ) brilliant central heating. very tastefully decorated, Tv and internet. Nice back garden- would like to visit again in summer.
