    Breakfast was good well cooked and lots of choices. Location was ideal for Brands Hatch. Staff extremely friendly and helpful despite having IT issues. Air con was an unexpected bonus. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and bathroom and shower good. Lots of parking with a reasonable charge

    Almost everything. The room was clean and comfortable with everything that you could need. The location was ideal to pick-up our grandson from Crayford and go to Gatwick Airport in the early morning.

    Emma was such a lovely host, she made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived, she was very helpful with any queries I had. The location was really beautiful, nice & peaceful surrounded by natural beauty. The property was really nice with a modern touch to it, very clean & tidy throughout. There's a little seating area outside which would be lovely in warmer weather, the bed was lovely & comfy & I felt right at home staying here. I'll definitely book again. Thanks so much Emma 🙏🏽
