This is our second visit to The Bridge House, so we obviously like it a lot. The accommodations are beautiful, the food excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is nestled at the base of the woods, so the views and walks are amazing!! Grab a drink, sit outside near the babbling brook and picturesque bridge, as you see Alton Castle above.

The property was very clean, perfect location for anyone visiting Alton towers, very comfy beds, lovely village, quiet, it had all of the appliances and supplies we needed for travelling with our baby, modern but also a nice homey cottage atmosphere. Would definitely come again and recommend to family and friends.

Anita is a super host and extremely helpful. You immediately feel at home. The rooms are large, clean and cozy. The breakfast with fresh and local ingredients is excellent and exceeded all our expectations. The location is beautiful and Anita shows you all the great hiking trails in the area. The staff were really friendly from the moment we got there until the moment we left! The room was lovely, clean, tidy, well stocked and equipped. Information about parking, check in/out, restaurant was all really clear. The Bowling Green was superb, friendly and organised staff and the food was superb

I stayed here with a friend after a day at nearby Alton towers. It was a wonderful cottage, really beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts were lovely and left a really nice snack hamper along with milk, butter, eggs. Loads of cookware, plates, glasses etc. The reclining sofa & Sky TV was a treat to relax to after a long day and the bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up. Lovely accommodation and will be recommending to friends & family!
