Comfortable cosy cottage, well equipped kitchen. It felt very home from home. The double bed was really comfortable. The welcoming homemade treat was a great touch. Conveniently located between Hull & York, with access to the North York moors and the Yorkshire wolds.

The location was excellent, we didn’t have the breakfast as we were visiting our son and grandaughter early morning and had breakfast with them, however I did look at the breakfast menu and it was very impressive.

    Lovely host. Extremely clean and great attention to detail. Location great, close to pubs, shops and lovely walks. Bed super comfy, lots of throws and extra blankets etc provided. Huge, hot shower! Stairs very deep and wide so accessible and easy to climb. Visitors and dogs allowed! Garden is communal with owner but allowed access at all times including summer house. Well equipped.
