    Stunning location. We stayed in The Lodge, it was spotlessly clean and was fully equipped with everything you would need. (The homemade brownies were a lovely delicious touch). Breakfast was served inside the B&B, (stunning views from the conservatory), great choice and quality perfectly cooked, delicious. Debbie was lovely, friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

    The flat was very clean and adequately equipped. The location was perfect for us, being midway between pubs/food, and the Crematorium as the funeral was the main reason for our visit.

    Everything. Communication was friendly and clear, Ark was spotlessly clean, beautiful and unique location. Lovely welcome goodies saw us right for breakfast and more. The Ark is obviously small, but makes great use of what I assume are boat design techniques to save space. Excellent climate control was a bonus.

    Location was ideal for events at Goodwood and Chichester harbour. The village of Emsworth is really nice with plenty of pub/grub, the room was very clean with period features. Very comfortable with large tv over an open log fire. Walk in shower and spotless bathroom. Ideal parking outside your front door. Nice little treats left in a hamper and also a mini fridge with Coca Cola and milk. Very enjoyable stay.
