A great location for exploring the New Forest, sitting just at the very edge of the national park, provides easy access within a short driving distance. The Hosts Shelly and Colin gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, making sure we had everything we needed and were very accommodating and all round lovely people, nothing being too much trouble. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a relaxed and warm atmosphere. Fantastic value for money and we hope to come back again one day.

Stayed in a cabin with our dog, 17 month old and husband over a weekend in January. The place was absolutely perfect. The cabin was cosy and clean, the shower and toilet facilities were sparkling clean and the kitchen area was so thoughtfully set up. The campsite itself is in the middle of a county park which was fabulous for a little one and a dog and it was only a short walk to the local Co-Op, pub and cafe. So good that we have booked to come back again.

Fantastic hosts. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Beautiful garden which also looks amazing at night, lit up by fairy lights. We booked Ward Avenue because of the excellent reviews and absolutely agree with them.

Caledon house is an outstanding B& B . Beautifully restored and renovated character house with about 8 rooms . We had a room on the top floor with a view of Cowes Harbour ! Everything is top quality and spotlessly clean . A full breakfast is served to your order .Easy Contactless check in and a lock up shed available for bike storage .     The location was great really close to the new forest. And the price was perfect for two nights. The room we stayed in was lovely and my daughter loved the castle bed! Owners of the house were lovely.
