Nothing spared! Generous on every level; from kitchen/dining room and bathroom essentials to a big basket of wood and tinder for the fire. Every room felt like a home from home from sumptuous beds, throws and soft cushions to soft lighting - everything from morning, noon and night had been considered and catered for. Welcoming, cosy and perfectly placed to explore Framlingham and beyond. Just wish we could have moved in!

The property is well located, the facilities are modern, the room we stayed in was well-decorated, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was 5 stars. And Ana is so welcoming, she looked after us, gave us some good tips about the region. We hope to be back soon for a longer stay!

Beautiful, tranquil location. Clean shepherds hut, lovely wild flower sections, pigs, chickens and a horse to see and a 'honesty box' shop with useful bits and bobs. Couldn't have had a nicer stay.

The property was well signposted and easy to find. Check in was straightforward and the accommodation was equipped with all amenities for a comfortable and very pleasant one night stay.     Second time staying at this lovely cottage. Thoughtful little touches by the host, spotless, very comfy, excellent location 5 minute walk from town..absolutely love this place. Bedrooms are light and airy, excellent bathroom and great kitchen. Will definitely stay again. Great communication with host.

    Spotlessly clean, it had everything you could possibly need and the welcome tray was such a lovely extra. Location into Framlingham was a 10 min walk. Would highly recommend Potters Brook.

    Cosy and welcoming yet immaculate. Perfect location with lovely walks to the castle, the village, several good pubs and also the countryside right on the doorstep. All enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Although parking is on the road we never found this difficult. Lovely view of the castle from the front bedroom. Enjoyed the electric log burner. Would love to return with a friend or family and have already recommended.

    The house had everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and was very tastefully furnished. A great location as very quiet but also only a short walk into town. Parking was very handy and we enjoyed a lovely short break.

    The cottage was absolutely beautiful. Completely spotless. The owners had thought about everything you could possibly need. Very family friendly. Super comfortable. Really lovely location with unexpected views of the castle! Owners were very helpful and even moved their car so we could park in front of the house. Could not fault this place and would love to stay again.
