Well presented, clean and tidy great central location with large supermarket 2mins walk as was the long/short stay car parks with easy parking. Quiet residential street with no noise issues despite being so close to high street. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. If I am in the area I shall book again if it's available. Many thanks

This stay was a treat from start to finish. We were met by the host, who welcomed us quickly and left us to our perfect stay. Everything was immaculate!! the finish was high quality and very stylish. it was spacious and extremely well planned so that we had absolutely everything we needed. The highlights were the exquisite deep bath, placed under a skylight in the main bedroom so you can take in the stars. The bed was THE MOST COMFORTABLE bed I have slept in I think!! I actually want that mattress. Saltburn is the most perfect place for an easy break, so many gorgeous little independent shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The view of the coastline from the end of the street is so special. we went on the newly refurbished vehicular lift too. There's enough within 5 minutes walk this location to keep you happy for a week. Thanks 'Black Pearl' - we'll be booking again when we return to visit our Teesside family.

This is very likely the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Everything was top top class. The buiding and facilities were immaculate and the history made it even better. Breakfast was superb and the service provided by Jacky and John couldn't be bettered. Would certainly recommend and not go anywhere else if visiting the area.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. It smelled so good, and the feather duvet was truly luxurious. The host, Steve, was fantastic. He was always available, no matter what I needed. I would certainly stay here again!

    Excellent holiday home to stay and visit the area. We felt very comfortable, the house was very clean and we loved the decoration. Great location, just around the corner of the Main Street. We would stay here again.

    The convenience of a whole apartment, seemed extravagant for just one night, but it was the ideal stopover on my business trip. I did worry about parking, but the pay and display car park right behind the apartment is cheap enough, free during the night and the hours you pay for carry over into the next day if you're buying the ticket in the afternoon. It meant I could park right outside the door.
