The loveliest loft with the most beautiful view from the door. The loft has everything you need and more for a wonderful weeks stay. Exceptionally clean with the best shower we’ve ever used. The log burner was so lovely to sit by and feel cosy in the evenings. With high quality items used throughout, for example, the bedding and the towels. What a comfy bed it was too! We will definitely be back!

We loved the location, the B&B room was large and comfortable with a fabulous big bed. breakfast was simple but delicious. During our stay we ate in the restaurant and the food was good quality home cooked food at decent prices. we needed a real away from at all break after a tough year and this place gave us just that. Highly recommend.

Stunning location with a range of excellent walks straight from the front door. Naomi is a perfect host, keen to help you have the most comfortable stay possible. Breakfast was superb and varied. The room I stayed in and the communal lounge were both very comfortable and well cared for. Thank you!

    Nice place in great location in middle of village. Staff were friendly and efficient and beer choice was good and beer very well kept. Room was nice and spacious with views over village centre. Parking was easy for us on an April mid-week break but might be trickier at busier times. The Village Stores - just across the road - does very nice takeaway rolls which are ideal to take on your walk.

    The wonderful welcome everyone got as they walked into the pub - Vicky is an outstanding landlady; she work’s incredibly hard and always maintains a smile. The food was delicious especially the scrumptious Sunday lunch, even without me peas 😂- everything is reasonably priced. Our room was spotless- it provided us with everything we needed. The pub is ideally placed for travelling around. Even some of the locals were friendly - something you simply don’t find in some areas.
