The location, on the coast, with the views from the bedroom of the sunset and sunrise. Perfect! The kitchen was well equipped, great layout with dining space beside. It was ideal as we stayed in and cooked a meal before heading to walk along the promenade. The games room was an added bonus, with darts, pool and boardgames. The beds were very comfy, the lounge and kitchen ideal for our needs, and the bathroom well-appointed and clean. Street parking is convenient and a permit for this was provided in our room. I stayed in the Seaton suite, which was a large room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. It was very clean with a view to the rear of the hotel. The corner bath had seen better days with damage to the panelling. Although it has a shower attachment, it was a challenge without a shower curtain.
