It was very clean and great for a weekend break with lots of amenities within walking distance. We even got to visit Leamington Spa, Baddesley Clinton and Packwood in the car. Bit noisy, but not really a problem, but sadly not very clean and the stair handrails were very sticky. Staff OK, lady who served breakfast friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful but not the best quality. There was even a notice on what appeared to be the staffroom door asking the staff to keep that clean. Lovely character building with beautiful timbers, sloping floors and period furniture. Room was a great size with lots of storage and great shower. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
