I was able to have some lovely walks in the evening into Henlow, skirting the Champneys estate, a fishing lake, and some open countryside. The room, bathroom and all linens were spotless; bed was very comfortable and facilities were generally very good. The ability to use the guest fridge, microwave, toaster etc. in the breakfast room was appreciated very much. There was an excellent welcome, with plenty of parking available, and the location is quiet enough to guarantee a quiet night. The room was ideal, with a comfortable bed, very good shower and plenty of room for a single traveller. Breakfast was hot and prepared well, at the time requested.
