Good communication from hosts (not run by the pub). Pretty clean except cobwebs in corners. Right next to pub garden so can imagine it would be noisy on certain nights / times of year but not a Tuesday in April! Very friendly people running the pub who went out of their way to bring us a takeaway after their chef called in sick so there was no pub food.
