Lovely building and the room was ample space and very clean, just what I needed for a place to stay whilst attending a wedding at nearby Woodhall Manor. The landlord was very accommodating to my requests prior to my stay, put me at ease as I was in a rush due to the wedding starting early. Was a nice pub to come back for a nightcap after too. A decent continental breakfast was ready in the morning too. Would highly advise if you’re attending an event at Woodhall Manor as this must be the closest place to stay.

Many thoughful touches providing additional items eg. DVD's & player, selection of books of local interest also maps & compass even a first aid kit.
