Everything! From start to finish, our stay was brilliant. The very detailed information sent by the hosts a few days ahead of arriving gave you a real sense of security and confidence in your booking. The house was so secure, you felt safe, alarmed and key safes really made you feel comfortable. Great location for twickenham, 2 minute walk to a bus, 15 mins to a tube/train station meant getting into London really easy. Really friendly neighbours too! The house was spotless, it was honestly like living in a hotel!

    Welcoming and helpful staff throughout , location is a great base with easy links including hoppa to Heathrow. Gluten free breakfast was a very welcome surprise. Room was ideal for a short stay and very comfy bed. For a budget hotel it ticked every box and more.

    I'm a happy regular visitor. Yes, the rooms are small (unless going for an en suite), but ideal for the purpose - a no-frills overnight stay to/from Heathrow. Rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean, a good welcome awaits and the hotel is a couple of minutes from Hounslow tube station. Good value for money compared with other choices nearby.

    The room was nice, and came with water free of charge. Bathroom was small but modern and very clean, the towels clean and nice, and the reception very efficient and super friendly. It was super easy to reach from the tube station - I stayed one night as I needed to catch an early plane from Heathrow, and it was the perfect location as it is directly on the tube line and much more affordable than any airport hotel could be!

Plenty of storage for clothes along with a safe to secure valuables The property was spotlessly clean with the added bonus of the use of the kitchen and dining area The high street was very close and the location.
